Team Profile

Richard is a practicing solicitor and the founder of his own boutique law firm specialising in Family Law. Until establishing his own law firm, Richard was a Solicitor/co-Director in a busy specialist Family Law firm in Cardiff. Although now exclusively practicing Family Law his former legal practice incorporated various areas of law inclusive of Conveyancing, Employment Law, Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. Richard is a qualified legal aid supervisor.

Prior to retraining as a solicitor, he worked in the private sector in customer facing roles and sales support as a training and quality assurance manager. His focus in these roles was on maintaining standards and ensuring that there was compliance to company and ombudsman standards.

Richard has developed a reputation for pragmatic and personable approach. His focus at CPM21 is file reviews.

Fun Fact

Aged 4, Richard was the subject of a police search after he unexpectedly went missing during a birthday party game. He was found after 3 hours asleep under his bed. He won the hide and seek competition.

Apparently he was sleeping so soundly, despite several checks under the bed, he wasn’t noticed!

Presumably the prize was forfeit for wasting police time as he never received whatever it was.
