Fun Fact
As a budding actor at a young age Ian played the leading role as Old Father Time in his primary school Christmas concert. As Ian stepped on the stage to the great anticipation of the audience his long white beard slipped and when trying to catch it, he tripped over his robes and fell flat on his face. In the true traditions of the theatre, and spirit of “the show must go on”, he picked himself up, re-attached the beard and carried on. As yet Hollywood has not been in touch!
