Over 25 years’ experience providing compliance training and business support across a variety of regulated sectors.
Originally a financial adviser, developed a freelance career as a training consultant in financial services working directly with clients and leading teams for two of the “big four” firms.
Former Global Lead for Due Diligence and Governance, Risk and Compliance within an international compliance training provider.
Designed and delivered many training events for commercial entities, UK and overseas regulators and tax authorities, with a focus on translating regulatory requirements into operationally effective practices.
Key roles include designing and delivering training in new policies on Anti-Money Laundering, Due Diligence and Governance for UK and global financial institutions, working in the UK, SE Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Fun Fact
Whilst living in Cairo Heather took a short holiday to Luxor and booked a taxi tour of the Valley of the Kings and the Queens. Unfortunately the midday stop saw her driver over-indulge in the local onion beer, hence Heather’s claim to fame of being one of the very few women to have driven a taxi in the Valley of the Queens.
