D P Law Ltd celebrate LEXCEL Success

DP Law Ltd

DP Law Limited (David Prosser & Co) solicitors were presented with their LEXCEL certificate by Wayne Williams of cpm21.

DP Law Limited (David Prosser & Co), the well-known Bridgend law firm, were delighted at achieving the Law Society Lexcel Quality Standard recently. To achieve the standard, a legal practice must undergo a rigorous check by an independent auditing organisation against the Lexcel Quality Standard.

“Achieving Lexcel accreditation reinforces our commitment to providing high quality legal services tailored to client needs” said Diane Bishop, Practice Manager.

“We have held a Specialist Quality Mark standard for quite some time, which is the Legal Services Commission quality standard, but this only applied to our publicly funded departments. Lexcel applies to all areas of the practice and demonstrates our continued focus to strive for excellent customer service at highly competitive fees,” Simon Thomas, Director, commented.

The Lexcel standard focuses on eight key aspects of running a Legal Firm.
