Are You Scared Yet?

 Are You Scared Yet?

We have written this article in response to several organisations sending out scary emails to solicitors in recent months, some about tender criteria that is "mandatory" for which they can coincidentally provide training for, or speculating on the future approaches of the SRA which they can categorically state they will adopt... oh and they can provide all of that information to you in a specially discounted training course...

Well, if you're a solicitor at present there are obviously plenty of things for you to be worried about, that's for sure. But some of the communications that are coming out are so wide of the mark, and are in fact down right underhanded in intent.

Our Approach

At CPM21, we send out frequent articles on topical issues within the legal sector on a range of subjects, but our approach is different to the one described. If we speculate, we tell you so, and we don't sell our services or training offerings on the back of anything speculative, but on fact only.

So please watch out for "Greeks bearing gifts," as you could end up paying out good money for unnecessary services and training.
